View global information for your school

You can view contacts, enrollment, programs, journal entries, and events for all students in your school using the School tab in the School view.

To view global information for your school:

  1. Log on to the School view.
  2. Click the School tab.
  3. Click one of the following side-tabsClosed column of buttons of the left side of the Aspen user interface:
    • Contacts
    • Enrollment
    • Programs
    • Journals
    • Events

Each side-tab displays information across students in the current school. For example, if you click the Contacts side-tab, an alphabetical list of all student contacts in the current school appears.

Note: To include information for secondary students on these side-tabs, on the School tab, click Setup, then Preferences. Click the Category drop-down to select Secondary School Management. Select the Secondary students checkbox.
